Our RowHammer paper at ISCA 2014 was selected as an IEEE TCAD Top Pick in Hardware and Embedded Systems Security. It was one of the 7 papers selected after a rigorous three-step review process that invited and considered papers published between 2012-2017 in this area. You can see the short-listed candidates that were presented here: https://wp.nyu.edu/toppicksinhardwaresecurity/agenda/.

Congratulations to the authors and the entire group, especially Jeremie Kim, who is a co-author of the paper.
